Where to Visit

Visitor Testimonials (3392)

Don’t expect a 5 star tupe of establishment. This place is a well run local restaurant, where you can really enjoy a good fish catch of the day. Not all family wanted fish, but pizza was also authentic and good. After first visit, we reserved the next three lunch times to try more recepies. The only one I did not fully enjoyed was Cozze gratinatta. The rest were really good. My menu in the pictures

I have been coming to Porto Cesareo for many years and Anna Maria’s has been consistently the best restaurant in the town , excellent food and service . Highly recommend it.

4.6/5 (5/5 food; 5/5 service; 3/5 atmosphere). Had a fantastic fish night. The appetizers had a really fantastic effect. Beautiful shellfish and carpaccio. Lots of selection and decently priced. The lobster was incredible and the pasta was very good. Great selection of wines! Service was quick, friendly and suoer helfpul. Only detail is the atmosphere. Feels like being in the 60's, plates are broken but glued back together. Other than that incredible night

Great food. Polite and courteous staff. Prices not too expensive. Good wines and desserts

Fish soup to DIE for. I had this in 2018 and dreamed about it for five years. They did not disappoint and we finished this whole enormous meal with four different fish in it

Modern looking place with covered outside seating. Good menu selection and food is really lovely. Worth a visit.

I honestly don’t know where to start, should I talk about how amazing some of the dishes were, or how shockingly bad the seafood risotto turned out? It felt like two completely different kitchens were at work. The sautéed cozze and vongole were absolutely spot on, bursting with flavor, and the scialatielli alla pescatore was hands down the star of the night, rich, balanced, and just perfect. Then came the risotto… and that’s where things fell apart. First off, the rice clearly wasn’t arborio (or anything close), which already set the tone. The grains tasted bland and never really absorbed any of the flavors, they kept their plain “rice taste” while the seafood just sat on top, almost like it had been added as an afterthought. No harmony, no creaminess, no proper risotto magic. So here’s my take: this is definitely a place worth visiting, but if you go, do yourself a favor, skip the risotto and stick with the pasta and starters. That’s where the kitchen really shines.

Tuna was amazing! Lovely we asked for it medium rare
